Rabje's Terms & Conditions — For All Users

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the rabje platform and its users. By using the rabje.bet website or mobile application, you automatically agree to abide by these Terms.

• Your password must be at least 8 characters long and must not be shared with anyone.
• The mobile number and payment method linked to an account must belong to the same individual.

Rabje is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to use this platform. During registration, we may request a National ID or other valid identification to verify your age.

If a user is found to be under 18 years of age, their account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will not be refunded.

Rabje supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Accurate information is required for all transactions. rabje will not be held responsible for failed transactions resulting from incorrect details provided by the user.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be converted to cash by meeting the required wagering amount. The wagering requirements for each offer are detailed on its respective page.

• Claiming a bonus multiple times from the same person, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited.
• Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Any account found to have misused bonuses will be subject to investigation.
• rabje reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• To qualify for a referral bonus, the referred person must make a genuine deposit.

Before placing a bet on rabje, please read the rules for the relevant sport. Each Sports Event has its own betting rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed.

If an event is cancelled or left unresolved, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded. Different rules may apply for live betting.

• Odds may change at any time — only the odds confirmed at the time of placing your bet will apply.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, rabje reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• In the event a match is abandoned, the result will be determined in accordance with the relevant international sports governing body's ruling.
• Maximum bet limits vary by event and are subject to change.
• If bet manipulation is detected, all bets associated with the account will be voided.

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on the rabje platform. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Manipulating the bonus system or claiming bonuses from multiple accounts.
• Engaging in money laundering or any transactions involving illicit funds.
• Attempting to breach or bypass the platform's security systems.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, rabje reserves the right to take legal action and may share the relevant information with the appropriate regulatory authorities.

Rabje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the circumstances listed below. We will endeavour to notify the user before any such action is taken.

• If there is evidence of a terms violation.
• If KYC verification has not been completed or false information has been provided.
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• If the user requests closure themselves.
• If you choose self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

If there is a remaining balance when your account is closed, it will be returned to you after verification is complete — this does not apply in cases of terms violations.

Rabje treats the security of your personal information as its highest priority. We only collect data that is strictly necessary for platform operations and legal compliance.

Your information is never sold or transferred to third parties — it may only be shared with the relevant authorities when required by law or for a security investigation.
